Camp Firwood is a high-energy, multi-activity Christian youth overnight camp for 3rd–12th graders. Located on the shores of Lake Whatcom with its own private island, Firwood offers an unforgettable experience for every camper. A screen-free summer filled with wake sports, sailing, ropes courses, mountain biking, and more awaits!

With 10 weeks of unforgettable fun and a brand-new theme each week, it’s the ultimate summer adventure for both kids and parents.

At Forest School, kids dive into the wonders of God’s creation—climbing, discovering, and letting curiosity lead. With room for adventure and hands-on learning, each day in the forest is a chance to grow. Programs for preschoolers, kindergarteners, and homeschoolers alike reflect our belief in the magic of the forest for every learner.

Radicle + Rooted Collective: A Christian Living Community offers young adults ages 18–24 the opportunity to develop a rooted faith grounded in Scripture. In today’s rapidly changing world, many young Christians feel adrift in a shifting cultural landscape. Living in Christian community during these formative years helps counter that.

The Firs is in a season of prayerful discernment as we seek clarity for the future of our retreat ministry. As part of this, we’ve chosen to place our retreat center on furlough beginning in October 2025.

Because of this, we are not booking

Available year-round, The Firs Chalet offers a spectacular setting where youth and adults can experience creation and deepen their faith. Its four-story A-frame lodge is a short walk from the Mt. Baker Ski Area—perfect for snowy winter getaways—with incredible hiking nearby in spring and summer. Ideal for camps and retreats up to 100 guests.
